		<description>Hopefully I understand what you&#039;re asking correctly. Once you are logged into WordPress, on your dashboard click the down arrow to open up the Posts menu. You would then click on the Categories and either add or delete categories. If you don&#039;t have any categories or if there are no posts in the categories you&#039;ve created then they won&#039;t show up under the header. Also you can name the categories whatever you like.

The Pages tabs show up above the header and this you can adjust as well within the dashboard of WordPress. You can add more than 4 pages in order to suit the content that you have. Experiment a little and you&#039;ll get the hang of it or if you need further assistance let me know.</description>
