During Jesus’ lifetime here on earth many tax collectors were very corrupt and sinful men. As a result they were hated by the people. Luke 19 talks about one tax collector who wasn’t very well liked, named Zacchaeus.
The great thing is that Jesus came to save undeserving sinners like Zacchaeus, like you and like me. As well God can accurately read sincerely searching people and he recognized this in Zacchaeus. Decide today to sincerely look for answers in Jesus and you will be blessed.
